Victorian oak fire surround (AWS-1611) a magnificent Victorian oak fire surround in the Jacobean revival style, adorned with opulent period  carvings with an elegant glazed central cupboard flanked by a pair of lavishly carved arched alcoves. An absolutely fabulous fire surround exhibiting the highest standards of the cabinetmaker’s art, in great original condition with a fine patina. Oak slips have been added to easier accommodate an appropriate fire insert. These can be removed if not required. Measures 63’’wide x 73’’high, with a fire opening 36’’wide x 37.5’’high.
