Victorian stone fire surround (ACI-1405) A unique Victorian stone surround originally commissioned for Adlington hall hunting lodge in Cheshire. With reeded legs rising to well carved floral capitals and a panelled frieze with a central tablet prodigiously carved with Freemasonry symbols including square and compass, gavel, chisel and other Masonic design elements. A very unusual fireplace. Measures 58”wide x 52 high with an inside opening 35.5”wide x 42”high. SOLD
